Correction: Exploring the impact of traditional Chinese martial arts and other martial arts on adolescent aggression: a comparative analysis of underlying mechanisms

Following publication of the original article [1], the authors flagged an error in Fig. 2, advising the following:

"Figures 1 and 2 appear to be duplicated. Specifically, the results model in Fig. 2 does not seem to align with the content of the manuscript. This duplication may have occurred due to an error in the online submission system, where Fig. 1 (Hypothetical Model) potentially overwrote Fig. 2 (Results Model), resulting in both figures appearing identical in terms of content and labeling. This redundancy is concerning because it may confuse readers, as distinguishing between the proposed hypothetical model and the empirical results model is essential for interpreting the study’s contributions. To ensure clarity and accuracy, it is important to correct the figures so that they reflect the intended distinction between the hypothesis and the results."

Figure 2 has since been corrected in the article; please refer to the current version of the figure in the article. The authors thank you for reading this erratum and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
