  2. £ BMI was categorized into 4 groups according to the BMI for age and sex Thai growth chart: severe underweight (< 16.5 kg/m2), underweight (below – 2SD for age or 16.5–18.5 kg/m2), normal (– 2SD to + 1 SD for age or 18.5–23 kg/m2), overweight (+ 1SD to + 2SD for age or 23–24.9 kg/m2) and obesity (above + 2 SD for age or > = 25 kg/m2)
  3. ¥ The high waist circumference was defined if waist circumference > more than 90 cm in transfeminine and > 80 cm in cisfemale
